The enrolment process, which goes beyond the usual administrative procedures of any school, is above all designed to ensure that future students make the right choice and fully understand the issues, promises, challenges and goals of MedVaidya’s highly demanding curriculum.

We want you to succeed, and from the very beginning, and every step of the way, we’ll give you the personal, total support you need to make your journey towards excellence in Ayurveda a success.

PREPARATORY COURSE	No deadline, entry anytime all along the year

PLEASE NOTE: You have to start the compulsory preparatory course no later than 2 months before your batch’s first day of classes.

The Application Process

Making first contact

You contact us via the website form, by e-mail or by phone. Together, we’ll check that you have all the basic information you need and answer your most important questions. We give you more information to read if needed, and give you all basic benchmark in the process.

Checking eligibility and feasibility

Everything is clear to your eyes and you think you’ve found your way. You confirm your interest by submitting a few basic documents and a covering letter, so that we can open a file and take your interest into consideration.

Talking at a orientation interview

We take the time together, by phone or videoconference, for an in-depth interview, which usually lasts at least an hour. This exchange of information allows you to ask any questions you may have and gives us the opportunity to give you extended answers.

Applying officially

You’ve finalized your assessments, spoken to the people around you, made your decision to commit, and you’ve made up your mind. There’s still a place to discuss and clarify details, but now is the time to register, to grant your place by completing the full registration form.

Waiting for the admission decision

Once the school’s secretariat has checked that your application is complete and compliant, it is forwarded to the Admissions Committee, which, after examining the application, evaluating it and discussing it internally, makes its admission decision.

Starting the journey

You’ve paid your school fees as agreed with the school administration, you’re eager, ready and motivated: there’s no waiting, you immediately start the preparatory course program, online, from home, accompanied by our mentors and teachers.
